Once you have booked in with me for a massage, the first thing we will do is do a full assessment about you. This can include medical history, previous medical history, social history, drug history, family history and general health. This just helps me indicate any factors and it makes the treatment safe and effective for you. I will also do a full postural analysis and a range of motion analysis which will be done before and after the treatment.
